Support Services include

Hardware Support: PC and printer/fax/scanner configuration and break-fix services, including mobile device support.

Software Support: Application support, including user administration, new hire set-up and termination processing, escalated troubleshooting of enterprise software, client-customized software, and web portals/applications.

Email and Network Access Administration: Connectivity troubleshooting and networking support for all company applications. User account management, customer access level administration and external vendor support for all business applications.
